Michelle’s Recipe (Creation)
A Healthy Sandwich Spread

2 six-inch peeled and sliced cucumbers
2 large peeled and sliced carrots
1 medium peeled and sliced Vidalia sweet onion
3-½  sliced celery stalks
3 sliced medium dill pickles
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt

If you have the blender typically used in 2025, you may put all these ingredients into the blender at the same time.  Operate 10 seconds to finely chop all the ingredients.

If you do not have the 2025 blender, then finely chop the solid ingredients separately and add them to a mixing bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, black pepper and salt and mix until fully combined.

Generously spread Michelle’s Creation onto Rye bread for a healthy sandwich and enjoy!

You may choose to add more pepper and salt to each sandwich as desired.

Note: When available Michelle sometimes added 1/4 cup of finely chopped dried cranberries for a little tartness and/or blueberries for color to the mix.
